The staff are friendly and always helpful, and the owner is genuinely nice and welcoming every time I visit. It’s great to see such good service along with tasty food.
I highly recommend Biters to all pizza lovers in Ashford , especially my Bangladeshi community who crave quality, freshly made pizza. You won’t be disappointed! 🍕🇧🇩- Service

Popped in for some chicken wings, oh my word they were delicious. I had the lemon and herb chicken wings, they were so so good. Lemon and herb sauce was so tasty. My friend had the biters chicken wings and chips. The chips were fresh and tasty. Friendly staff and quick service. Food was made fresh while we waited. Highly recommend Biters Peri Peri.

Was staying in Ashford after a long day out travelling and just wanted a decent hearty meal, and Biters hit the jackpot. Very tasty lemon & herb chicken strips. Chips and Hawaiian lamb burger. Great portion size, very hot and tasty food. Prices are fairly good too. Would definitely return and recommend them. Staff polite, friendly and accommodating. It's definitely worth a visit.

Hands down the Best chicken wings in Ashford. Succulent, juicy, hot and the marinade is just too good. I always get the medium level.

The peri chicken wings are absolutely amazing! You can pull each bone out with ease. The peri chicken burger is also tender and so succulent. The chips with the peri salt are very good too. Highly recommend
The food has been consistently excellent ever since I started buying from Biters when they opened. The staff is exceptionally helpful and accommodating, and the owner's considerate approach is notable. Everything about the place is impressive, and my kids absolutely love their burgers. I highly recommend it!

Been there 4 times already and I don't live near! I make special trips to eat there. Amazing flavours and food at such a good price, and all home made. The owner is so lovely and friendly. If you haven't been there, you definitely should!

Walked up and down the High Street looking for a good Burger was going to go to McDonald’s and then I thought why not patronage the local shops and I’m really glad I did. Burger is lovely, garlic bread with cheese was wonderful and chips are good too. I will go back again. The guy serving was very polite and friendly.

Great food as always! Can’t ever fault it, best Peri Sauce I’ve tasted, chicken cooked on a charcoal grill for that smoky flavour! If you want great food, one of the best places in Ashford.

First time trying these guys tonight. One of the few places that will deliver to our village for a start and the food was amazing. I’m not a person that would usually eat salad as from most of these places it’s dry and tasteless but the salad that came with my Halloumi was crisp and tasty. Can’t say there was a single part me and my wife didn’t enjoy.

1st time ordering from here, friends recommendation! What can I say burger amazing, would not believe you are a fast food franchise as the quality of your burgers in comparison to others yours is top quality good food amazing flavour. Totally worth the price. Keep it up will definelty be back.
Wanted to try Biters for a while. Food was top quality and full of flavour. Not your usual takeaway as I would put this as restaurant quality..food was delivered piping hot and it was fresh and tasty and a change from the run of the mill kebab/pizza/burger takeaway. delivery staff were very polite. Can’t wait to eat it again
Gourmet burgers are hefty. Chilli sauce packs a punch and nice to have choice between beef or lamb burgers. Chicken wings not breaded but in a delicious sticky maranade. Chips decent. Always very consistent and keep coming back for more!
The quality speaks for itself ,my favourite burgers in kent . Well made and the flavour is beautiful ,layers of flavour and textures sooo sooo good. The service is always great and they present the food well with little lemoney wipes and plenty napkins,the burgers are nicely wrapped .top quality never had a slight complaint ,you can tell they love the food !!
